Charles Robert Babbit II passed away on June 28, 2015. He was 66 years old.
Charles was born on January 22, 1949 to his parents Charles and Wanda Babbit in South Bend, Indiana. He was nearly a lifetime resident of Indiana, but spent the past two years in Washougal. Charles worked in the shipping industry as a freight expediter. He was a HAM radio enthusiast.
Charles is survived by his two sons: Charles Robert Titus (wife Silvia Salazar), and Michael Hubert Titus, 4 grandchildren: Bradley, Christian, Steven, and Jaclynn, 1 great-grandson, Isiaah, and his best friend, Tim O’Conner.
