Obituary of Darroll LaVerne Andrew

Darroll LaVerne Andrew passed away on April 15, 2016. He was 84 years old. Darroll was born on December 27, 1931 to his parents Lena and Marvin Andrew, in Portland, Oregon. He served in the U.S. Navy, owned the Andrew Egg Ranch, and went on to spend 20 years at the Camas Paper Mill. He was a resident of La Center for the past 15 years, and was a member of the Ridgefield Church of the Nazarene. Darroll enjoyed gardening and landscaping, and was particularly fond of Orchids. He loved classical music, hiking, and spending time with his family. Survivors include his wife Karen, his three daughters: Erica (Jonathan) Baker, Renee (Brandon) Sherrell, and Malinda Shene, 8 grandchildren, and his brother Gene. Darroll was preceded in death by his parents and his brother Elton.
