James Edwards Doucette, 74 years, passed away on Wednesday, March 31, 2021 at his home. He lived at his current residence for the past 12 years. James was born on August 12, 1946 in Visalia, California to his parents, James Lewis Doucette and Ethel June Artegiani. He worked as an Information Security Officer for the Federal Government. James served his country in the United States Air Force serving in the Viet Nam conflict. He belonged to the V.F.W. Post 4278 in Camas, Washington. He also did volunteer work with the Commemorative Air Force in St. Louis, Missouri. He attended the Catholic Church. Most of all he enjoyed and loved his family. James is survived by his daughter, Jennifer (Elijah) Clark of Camas, Washington; brother, Mark Doucette of Stayton, Oregon; sister, Maryann Hopper of Carlton, Oregon; 2 grandchildren, Lara Clark, Elijah L. Clark. James was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Margaret. Per the family a service will be scheduled at a later date.
