William Leonard Mickelson, 92 years, passed away on Wednesday, April 7, 2021 at home. He was a lifetime Clark County resident. William was born on March 3, 1929 in Camas, Washington to his parents, Leonard C. Mickelson and Margaret B. Vandermarr. He loved and enjoyed spending time with his family. He proudly served his country in the United States Army during the Korean Conflict. He then worked for the Government as a Heavy Equipment Operator. He enjoyed being a handyman, camping, hiking and fishing. William is survived by his wife, Margaret DeGrande Mickelson of Washougal, Washington; sons, Dale (Sandra) Mickelson of Spokane, Washington, Daniel (Brenda) Mickelson of Medford, Oregon; daughters, Karen Mickelson of Washougal, Washington, Lynette Mickelson of Washougal, Washington; 7 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren. William is preceded in death by his parents; 1st wife, Mildred; 1 brother; 2 sisters. A Graveside Service is scheduled for Friday, April 16, 2021 at 2:30 pm at Washougal Memorial Cemetery in Washougal, Washington.
