Walter Irvin Jakoubek, Jr. Obituary

Walter Irvin Jakoubek, Jr., 57, passed away on Sunday, February 13, 2022 at his residence. He was a lifetime resident of Camas, Washington.

Walter was born on April 1, 1964 in Vancouver, Washington to his parents, Walter I. Jakoubek and Peggy G. Buzzini. He worked in the Paper Mill Industry as a Mill Wright. He was employed at the Georgia Pacific Paper Mill in Camas, Washington and he also was employed at the Port of Portland in Portland, Oregon. He was a former member of the A.W.P.P.W. Local #5 in Camas, Washington. He was an avid bowler, fisherman and he loved to travel. Most of all he loved his family and spending time with them.

Walter is survived by his wife, Diana at home; son, Michael Jakoubek of Longview, Washington; daughter, Kalee (Troy) Palmer of Whidbey Island, Washington; mother, Peggy Nelson of Vancouver, Washington; 10 grandchildren.

He was preceded in death bu his father; sister, Dawan McArthur.
