Judith Elizabeth Johnston, 80, passed away on August 31, 2022 in Vancouver, Washington. She was a resident of Vancouver, Washington the past 5 years but was formally from Moscow, Idaho.
Judith was born on April 22, 1942 in Waterbury, Connecticut to her parents, Otis M. Johnston and Alma G. Leper. She worked in the Education Industry as a Special Education Teacher.
Judith is survived by her stepdaughters, Ruth Tarbet Mendoza of Ridgefield, Washington, Keri; stepsons, Lyle Tarbet of Boise, Idaho, Brad Tarbet of Rochester, Washington, Bruce Tarbet of Boise, Idaho; sister, Bendette Maxwell of Little Rock, Arkansas; numerous grand & great grandchildren.
Judith was preceded in death by her parents; husband, William K. Tarbet.
