Sandra Jean Wenzel

March 12, 1942 - May 12, 2025

Sandra age 83 years, passed away in her home in Washougal, WA, surrounded by loved ones on May 12, 2025. She was born to Wallace and Betty Robinson on March 12, 1942 in Ashland, WI. She moved to Washington with her family when she was a young teen, living in Vancouver and then settling into Washougal. She was a 62 year resident of the Camas-Washougal area.

Sandra was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She was a homemaker who took pride in decorating her home beautifully with her talented artistic flair. She liked to sew, she spent many years crafting and she was an excellent cook and baker. She also enjoyed spending time outside by her pond and the many beautiful flowers in her yard.

Sandra is survived by her son William (Amanda) Wenzel, Jr. of Washougal, WA, and her daughters Candy (William) Hicks, of Port St. Lucie, FL, and Teresa Buhman of Washougal, WA, three grandchildren and five great-grandchildren, and her brother Gary Robinson of Vancouver, WA.

Sandra was preceded in death by her husband of 58 years, William, her parents and a brother.

There will be a graveside service at the Washougal Memorial Cemetery on Thursday, May 22, 2025 at 1 P.M.

Arrangements are under the care of Brown’s Funeral Home in Camas, WA.
