Timothy John Miller Obituary

Timothy “Tim” John Miller

December 20, 1960 – July 16, 2025

Timothy John Miller, 64, of Washougal, Washington, passed away peacefully on July 16, 2025, at the Ray Hickey Hospice House in Vancouver, Washington, after a brave battle with stage 4 kidney cancer.

Born on December 20, 1960, in Vancouver, Washington, Tim grew up in Camas and later made his home in Washougal. A graduate of Camas High School, Tim proudly served his country in the U.S. Army and the Army Reserves. He spent over 40 years working for Pendleton Woolen Mills in Washougal, where his strong work ethic and kind spirit left a lasting impression on all who knew him.

Tim was a devoted and loving husband to his wife, Bobbie, and a proud father to his daughters, Crystal and Reachel. He cherished his grandchildren; Bruce, Alicya, Ryan, Sephera, Logan and took great joy in watching them grow. Known for his tireless dedication, Tim was rarely idle; at times, he worked multiple jobs to provide for his family, always putting their needs first.

He found peace and happiness in the outdoors, whether cutting fallen trees in the mountains, tinkering with cars, or taking on projects around the house. Tim had a quick wit and a warm sense of humor that brought smiles to those around him. Above all, he was a dependable and caring man who could always be counted on in times of need.

Tim is survived by his wife, Bobbie; daughters, Crystal and Reachel; stepchildren, James and Sonja; grandchildren, Bruce, Alicya, Ryan, Sephera, and Logan; and brothers, Michael, Pat, and Joe Miller. He was preceded in death by his parents, Marie and Forrest Miller, and sister, Judy.

A celebration of Tim’s life will be held at Brown’s Funeral Home in Camas, on Saturday, August 16, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Tim’s name to the Wounded Warrior Project or that loved ones spend time outdoors in his memory, embracing the nature he loved so deeply.
