Donna Diane Spurgeon peacefully passed away with her family by her side on Saturday, January 15, 2011 at her home in Washougal. Born on June 17, 1952in Fort Dodge, Iowa to Frank and Charlene (Bailey) Donahee; Donna was 58 years old.
A lifetime Camas-Washougal resident, Donna worked as a homemaker.
Donna is survived by her sons Robert J. Spurgeon of Portland, Oregon, and Lyle E. Spurgeon of Vancouver, Washington; daughter Athena Bliss of Washougal; brother Frank "Butch" Donahee of Scappoose, Oregon, and sisters Karol Azure of Montana, and Betty Deschand of Camas, and five grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and sister Carla (Donahee) House.
There will be no public services per Donna's request. Donations in Donna's memory may be made to the American Cancer Society or Shriner's Hospital for Crippled Children. Brown's Funeral Home and Cremation Services in Camas has been entrusted with arrangements.
