BRADLEY EARL STEVENS, 54, died with family at his side on Friday, September 9, 2011. He is a resident of Bend, Oregon but has been staying with family in Washougal, Washington while undergoing cancer treatment at OHSU. He was Born the fourth of six children on December 9, 1956, in Glendale, California to Leslie and Ruby Stevens. He is preceded in death by his father. He is survived by his mother, Ruby Stevens of Sutherlin, Oregon; daughter, Pamala Spangenberg (Jonathan) of Washougal, Washington; siblings: Linda Donaldson of Fresno, California; Susan Voos of Redmond, Oregon; Larry Stevens of Bend, Oregon; Mary Stevens of Washougal, Washington; and Martha Stevens-Fowler of Sutherlin, Oregon; Nieces and Nephews and their families: Brandon Stevens of Washougal, Washington; Kelli Kirk (Aaron) children: Zachary Voos, Jordan Kirk, and Caleb Kirk of Redmond, Oregon; Laura Kerns and children: Arianna Kerns and Jocelyn Kerns of Clovis, California; Rebecca Hoppen (Tim) of Hillsboro, Oregon; Ryan Voos (Kristin) and child: Victoria Voos of Bend, Oregon; Krystle Martinson (Brett) and children: Jessie Martinson and Kasey Martinson of Camas, Washington; and Daniel Fowler of St. Helens, Oregon; paternal uncle Orville Stevens (Juanita) of Shreveport, Louisiana; maternal aunt Dorothy Haines (Harold) of Rogue River, Oregon; and lifelong best friend Mike Jones (Cathy) of Medford, Oregon. Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, September 17, 2011 at 10:00 am at Salmon Falls Chapel, 11342 Washougal River Rd, Washougal, Washington. Pastor Calvin Sanders officiating. Brown's Funeral Home and Cremation Services in Camas has been entrusted with arrangements.
