Obituary of John Ashworth

John Ashworth passed away Monday January 24, 2011, he was 50 years old. After attending High School and College in Sacramento, California, John began his 31 year career in the floor covering business having worked for industry leaders such as; Galaxy Carpet Mills, Mohawk, Bruce Hardwood Floors and Universal Flooring, prior to joining Emerson Hardwood Floors in 1996. John leaves behind his wife, Patsy, sons; Brendon and Devon; sisters Janie, Joni, Carol, and Lorraine; and brother Jeff. John took great joy and pride in his family. He often spoke, with delight about his son's athletics and activities, and enjoyed his skiing trips with them. He was passionate about his remodeling, always looking for the next project. Most of all he loved his family; he was a dedicated husband and father, who put family first. Dad, you will be missed, love you forever and ever. A celebration of John's life was held on Saturday, January 29th at the Fern Prairie Grange Hall in Camas. Brown's Funeral Home and Cremation Services in Camas has been entrusted with arrangements
