Anna "Ann" Grace (Reilly) Rasmussen peacefully passed away on Tuesday, April 10, 2007 in Vancouver. Born on December 10, 1920 in Camas, Washington to James and Neva Reilly, Ann was 86 years old. A loving wife of 66 years, and a devoted mother, Ann leaves behind her sons William (Stephane) Rasmussen of Vancouver, Victor (Laurie) Rasmussen of Camas, Cecil (Arlene) Rasmussen of Washougal, and Donald (Beky) Rasmussen of Vancouver, her daughter Joeen (Duane) Engler of Longview, brother-in-law Richard Rasmussen of Vancouver, and sister-in-laws Barbara Reilly of Camas and Yvonne Goldsmith of Washougal. She also is survived by her thirteen grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harry Rasmussen (2007), brothers William Reilly, Bob Reilly, and Albert Reilly, and her sister Alice Adair. Ann was a member of the Camas United Methodist Church. She also was a Past Worthy Matron of Lackamas Chapter #152 of the Order of Eastern Star, Past Deputy of Washington Grand Chapter O.E.S., and a Past President of SW Washington Matrons and Patrons Club. A member of the Big Foot Camper's Club and former owner of the Washougal Minit Mart, Ann also served as a former secretary of the Camas-Washougal Business and Professional Women's Club. She volunteered at SW Washington Medical Center and the Camas-Washougal Inter-Faith Treasure House, and enjoyed genealogy, traveling, and coin collecting. There will be a Celebration of Life Service for Ann on Saturday, April 14th at 11:00 am at Brown's Funeral Home in Camas with vault interment at the Camas Cemetery and a reception to follow at Zion Lutheran Church in Camas. Chapel rites will be conducted in Ann's memory by Lackamas Chapter #152 O.E.S. Viewing will be held on Friday from 9-5:00 pm at Brown's Funeral Home. Memorials in Ann's memory may be made to Hospice Southwest or to the Camas Fire Department. Brown's Funeral Home and Cremation Services in Camas has been entrusted with arrangements.
