Barbara Jean Tipton passed away on Sunday, April 15, 2007 in Vancouver. Born on June 17, 1921 in Tacoma, Washington, Barbara was 86 years old. A Clark County resident since 2001, Barbara worked as a bookkeeper in the retail industry. As a former resident of Yuma, Arizona, she belonged to the Soroptimist International in Yuma. She enjoyed art, painting, and playing bridge. Barbara is survived by her three daughters Nancy Tipton of Pendleton, Oregon, Wendy Harrigan of North Carolina, and Cyndee Marple of Washougal, and three grandchildren. There will be no public service. Brown's Funeral Home and Cremation Services in Camas has been entrusted with arrangements.
