Obituary of Kimson Spearman

Kimson Theodore Spearman peacefully passed away on Saturday, March 12, 2011 at Legacy Salmon Creek Hospital in Vancouver. Born on October 23, 1951 in Norristown, Pennsylvania to Willie Abney and Rosa Spearman; Kimson was 59 years old. A Camas-Vancouver resident since 1987; Kimson was a Veteran of the United States Army during the Vietnam War. He enjoyed working as a mechanic on cars, helping people out, and being the life of a party. His socializing included a great sense of humor and a kindness towards others. Kimson is survived by his loving children Jose Mano River, Carmen Delia Rivera, Damion D'mitri Spearman, Tennyson Star Beard, Romeo Orvel Beard, and Latisha English; sister Jeanette Kerr; former wives Iris Rivera and Patricia Walden; and twelve grandchildren. There will be a celebration of Kimson's life with full Military Honors on Wednesday, March 23rd at 1:00 pm at Camas Assembly of God Church: 500 SE Everett Rd.; Camas, WA 98607. Private vault interment will be held at Willamette National Cemetery in Portland, Oregon. Brown's Funeral Home and Cremation Services in Camas has been entrusted with arrangements.
