Obituary of Jeanne Hilt

Jeanne Lorraine Hilt peacefully passed away on Sunday, May 1, 2011 at her home in Camas, Washington. Born on January 30, 1928 in Boonton, New Jersey to Charles W. Yerbury and A. Lucille Yerbury; Jeanne was 83 years old. A Camas resident for the last two years, Jeanne was formerly of Albany, New York and was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints Fern Prairie Ward in Camas. She enjoyed painting, quilting and sewing, gardening, and arts and crafts. Most of all Jeanne enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. Jeanne is survived by her loving husband of 64 years Walter at home; sons Bruce (Linda) Hilt of Delanson, New York; daughters Corinne (Ralph) Forney of Camas, Washington, and Janelle (Tom) Bencze of Rotterdam, New York; brother Charles (Barbara) Yerbury of New Bern, North Carolina; sister Irene (Bob) Kral of Randolph, New Jersey; daughter-in-law Sara Hilt of Los Alamitos, California; eleven grandchildren, and many great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her father Charles W. Yerbury and her mother Lucille Mac, loving son Daniel Hilt and grandson Bruce Hilt Jr. There will be a Funeral Service for Jeanne on Monday, May 9, 2011 at 10:00 am at Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints: 18300 NE 18th Street; Vancouver, WA 98684.
