Billy Steve Clark peacefully passed away on Sunday, June 3, 2007 at his home. Born on March 9, 1956 in Liberal, Kansas, Billy was 51 years old. An 18 year resident of Clark County, Billy worked in the transportation industry as a truck driver. He enjoyed fishing, camping, hunting, sightseeing in his Jeep, family barbeques, and spending time with his grandkids. Billy is survived by his loving wife Mildred at home, daughters Gina Clark of Missouri, Sharon Clark of Missouri, Anglia Leiding of San Diego, and Susan Brown of Vancouver, sons Stacy Powell of Vancouver, and Dave Powell of Vancouver, sisters Deborah Green, Teresa Clark, Phyllis Clark, and Audrey Hill all of Missouri, brothers John Clark of Colorado and Basil Clark of Missouri, and 18 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents William and Clara Clark, and sister Marlene Maine. There will be a Celebration of Life Service for Billy on Saturday, June 9th at 1:00 pm at Brown's Funeral Home in Camas. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Northwest Cancer Specialists of Vancouver. Brown's Funeral Home and Cremation Services in Camas has been entrusted with arrangements.
