Born on July 26, 1972 in Vancouver, Washington to Kenneth Grant and Norma Lee (Van Hovel) Peppel-Adams; Kevin was 39 years old. A celebration of his life will be held on Saturday, October 1, 2011 at the residence of Norma and Jeff Adams: 2920 NE 148th Avenue, Vancouver, WA 98682.
