My sincere condolences to Ken's family. I was eight years old when Ken was born.
We had a lot of fun together with Bill when I would visit my sister during the summer. We kept in touch as we got older and I kept in touch with him during these last few months.
We would talk about growing up and going fishing. We will all meet again in a wonderful place where there is no pain. Now he is fishing with his Grandpa.

A few thoughts on my life with Ken. I first met Ken when he was newborn and I was about 12. I was assigned a lot of his care. I am 77 now. I think that was when we bonded. We have been close ever since. He often spent summers with me. We would spend time at the beach or Knotts Berry Farm. I lived close to both. I spent a lot of time at the grocery store. Did you ever try to fill up a teenager?? Then Ken went to Vietnam and I moved to June Lake Ca. Ken followed me when he got out of the service. He moved into a small trailer which he kept neat as a pin. He would always offer you a cup of tea when you came to visit. Lots of adventures followed. Now instead of Ken following me, I will be following Ken and the adventures will continue. Have a great send off, Ken.
You all did a wonderful job of taking care of Ken. My condolences and prayers and thoughts are with all of you. I will be at Kens service in spirit. My love to all.

To my family,
I am so glad to have spent these years getting to know each of you. You have touched my heart with kindness and love in everything that we had done together. And noone can ask more than that!
It saddens and shames me deeply, to be in such a position so far away, to not be able to attend services for my big brother that I loved and cared about the most in my life! The times we spent laughing and joking around, meant the world to me!
Please except my condolences with sincere love and respect, and as soon as feaseable, I will visit to pay my respects.
with prayers and love,
Gregory E. Nelson
