Frances Ann Baird Howe passed away on February 4, 2015. She was 82 years old.
Ann was born to her parents Chester and Roberta Baird in Maracaibo, Venezuela on January 4, 1933. She was a 27 year Vancouver resident.
Ann leaves behind her husband of 58 years, Herbert James Howe, her son Arthur James Howe of Chicago, Illinois, and her daughter Susan Gail Howe of Portland, Oregon.
At the request of her family, there will be no services. Her ashes will be interred at Green Lawn Cemetery in Columbus, Ohio. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Ann's memory to the Oregon Humane Society and the American Diabetes Association.
