Obituary of Loretta Ann Urquhart

Loretta Ann Urquhart, age 58, passed away on February 14, 2015 at the Ray Hickey Hospice House in Vancouver, Washington due to Renal failure. She was born in San Francisco, California. Survivors include her two children, Nicole Bailey and Jared Urquhart; one son-in-law, Jerry Bailey and Brandy; five grandchildren; her mother Luella Palmer; three sisters and three brothers; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, John Palmer. A celebration of Loretta's life will take place on Monday, February 23, at 11 PM at Crossroads Community Church, 7708 NE 78th Street, Vancouver, Washington.
