Obituary of Earl Wayne Rowell

Earl Wayne Rowell Jr. passed away on July 8, 2015. He was 53 years old. Earl was born on January 31, 1962 to his parents Earl and Elfriede Rowell in Vienna, Austria. Earl spent his working life in water and land management for the government. He loved fishing and boating, and the natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest. Earl was a 20 year resident of Clark County, and was a member of the Church of the Good Shepherd in Vancouver. He was previously of Olympia. Earl is survived by his mother Elfriede, his sister Sandy, and his niece Jade. He was preceded in death by his wife Joanne O’Connor-Rowell and his father Earl Sr. A celebration of Earl’s life will take place August 11, at 3 PM, at the Vancouver Church of the Good Shepherd.
