Debra A. Milwicz-Russell passed away on October 21, 2015. She was 69 years old.
Debra was born on March 25, 1946 to her parents William and Betty Jane Schultz in Grand Junction, Colorado. She was a 39 year Vancouver resident, and worked as a bartender at Vancouver Elks Lodge #823.
Debra is survived by her husband Kent at home, her son Erik J. Blom, three daughters: Tamara Prowell, Kacey Milwicz, and Jill Milwicz, her 7 grandchildren, and two brothers: Darrell Dellone and David Dellone.
There are no services scheduled at this time. Arrangements are under the care of Brown's Funeral Home.
