Phyllis Ann Samel passed away on November 30, 2015. She was 78 years old.
Phyllis is survived by her husband of 61 years, Roger L. Samel at home; her three daughters: Andrea (husband Darrell) Lewis, Cindy (husband Brian) Forslund, and Sherri (husband Roger) Andersen, as well as 5 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren and her brother, Robert Christensen. She was preceded in death by her parents, and a brother.
