Obituary of Steven Ray Schaffer

Steven Ray Schaffer passed away on December 9, 2015. He was 65 years old. Steve was born on August 30, 1950 to his parents Harold and Peggy Lou Schaefer in Port Townsend, Washington. A 20 year Washougal resident, Steven loved to appreciate nature, especially camping and fishing, and he enjoyed having fun with his family and friends. Steve is survived by his mother Peggy Schaffer, son Tim Romero, sisters Charlene Jones, Melody Schaffer, and Ruth (Mike) Schaefer, his brother David Schaffer, nephews Jason and Cameron (Eli), nieces Amber and Monique, grand-nephews Riley, Gaven and Trystan. He was preceded in death by his father Harold, sister Christina, brother Michael and niece Tara. There will be no public services at his request. Arrangements have been entrusted to Brown’s Funeral Home.
