Judith Gwynn Woodman peacefully passed away on Friday, September 14, 2007 in Washougal. She was born in Wenatchee, Washington on December 15th, 1946 and moved to Washougal in 1965. Although she was a woman of many talents, Judie primarily worked in the culinary industry as a teacher, chef and restaurant owner. More recently she worked as a customer service agent for ADS in Washougal. She was an active member of the Church of Christ in Washougal. She enjoyed catering, mentoring young people, and taking trips to Cannon Beach. Judie is survived by her son, Troy Woodman, M.D. of Gig Harbor; sisters Bobbie Stanfield of Wenatchee and Pat Boone of Washougal; brother James Watson of Wenatchee; lifelong friend Barbara Long; numerous nieces and nephews; and her two cats Smokey and Lily. The family wishes to thank the many friends who helped care for her during her battle with cancer. There will be a Celebration of Life Service for Judie on Tuesday, September 18th at The Church of Christ in Washougal, starting at 11 a.m. Interment will take place in Wenatchee. Brown's Funeral Home and Cremation Services in Camas has been entrusted with arrangements.
