Ginni Barber passed away on March 28, 2016. She was 87 years old.
Ginni was born on September 18, 1928 in Newport, WA to her parents Edna and Cyril Crotteau. She was a 13 year Vancouver resident, formerly of Portland, Oregon.
Ginni is survived by her daughters Terri Crotteau of Portland, and Gina St. James of Vancouver, 2 grandchildren, her brother Cyril of Newport, and her sisters Carol Hirschell of Spangle, WA and Yonne Parrish of Benton City, WA.
