Candy Lynn Harper passed away on June 21, 2016. She was 46 years old.
Candy was born on November 26, 1969 to her parents Stella and Robert White, in Silverton, Oregon. She was a 3 year resident of Clark County, previously of Salem, Oregon.
Survivors include her son Kenny Davis and 2 grandchildren, her 5 sisters: Debbie Spinden, Gloria Thurman, Patti Moyer, Karen Kilpatrick and Candi Schuh, as well as her brother Mike Smith. She was preceded in death by her parents, and her older brother Monty.
There will be no services scheduled.
