Obituary of Millie Doris Curtis-Haight

Millie Doris Curtis-Haight passed away on July 15, 2016. She was 81 years old. Millie was born on April 20, 1935 to her parents Zelma and Dwight Roberts. She was a 50 year Washougal resident, and was one of the best waitresses to ever work in the Camas area; you could always spot her with her high-fashion blonde hairdo. Millie took pride in being able to remember who wanted what and people came from miles around to get her service. When she wasn't working, she tended to her ducks, chicken, geese and cats. Millie loved nothing better than taking a day off and going to a Casino and playing the slots. She will be truly missed. Survivors include her husband of 27 years, Eric Haight, her daughter Jolliann J. (Husband Gregory) Pulliam, and her three sons: Earl Jones, Lyle Curtis, and Terry Curtis, her 9 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, her brother Clyde and her sister Patty. She was preceded in death by her parents, her daughter Janell, her brother Gene, and her sisters June and Myrtle. A graveside service will take place on Thursday, July 21 at 11 AM at the Washougal Memorial Cemetery. Those who wish may make a donation in Millie's name to a charity of their choice.
