Our precious Boe passed away after a long and valiant fight with cancer on October 12, 2016. She was 45.
Boe was born on September 28, 1971 in Portland, Oregon.
She graduated from Fort Vancouver high school, and earned a degree in Arts and Sciences at Clark College. Boe went on to work for Clark County in 1993 to present, where she became the first female building inspector for the county.
Boe was a die-hard Dallas Cowboys fan and loved Sunday football with her family. She was an avid runner, and played indoor soccer and softball with multiple teams. Boe lived life to the fullest. From motorcycles to quads to bonfires, there was never a dull moment. Boe never met a stranger, she had a beautiful smile and spread love and light wherever she went. She sparkled. Sometimes it was only a fly- by, but she had a gift, she was unforgettable .
Boe leaves behind a daughter, Chaeli Richards, 13. A son, Michael Fiest, daughter in law Kelsee Fiest, first grandchild, Khloe ; mother, Carol Morgan, sister, Amy Thackeray, brother, Michael Richards, sister in law, Trina Richards, and numerous nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles and 14 special cousins, who think they are her sisters and brothers. Boe was preceded in death by her father, Larry Richards.
A Celebration of Boe’s life will be held on Saturday October 29, 2016 at Crossroads Church at 11:00 am. 7708 NE 78th St Vancouver, WA 98662
