We are so very sorry for your loss and ours, David was a true friend to many and a brilliant guy, not to mention a talented self-made pianist whom i enjoyed jamming with. I really wish, as many do i am sure, we could have spent more time together, outside of our work environment, although he certainly kept that on track and entertaining.
This is a shock.
