Jean was born in Seattle, Washington to George and Ruth Brown, on May 15. 1926. She married at age 19, having 6 children who adored her. She was an amazing woman who, as a single Mother at an early age, managed to raise her children, work and provide for them. It was always a struggle, but through love and determination she persevered. She looked at life through the eyes of a very young soul, so trusting, and always saw the good in people. She had a hearty laugh, was full of life and adventure. She worked at and retired from Pacific Bell in San Jose, CA. She enjoyed her retirement years, always with a smile on her beautiful face. She loved spending time with her family and those she loved. jean was a gentle soul who always saw the good in everyone, consequently all who met her, loved her. She led a very frugal lifestyle, having been a child of the Great Depression, she knew well, the value of family over material things. Her passing has left an enormous hole in the hear of our family.
