Obituary of Gloria Joan Albright

Gloria Joan Albright, age 86 years, passed away peacefully on April 20, 2017 in Washougal, Washington.  Gloria was born to John and Bertie Yeager on June 19, 1930 in Sunnyside, Washington.  She was a 55 year Washougal resident.

Gloria earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree at Eastern Washington State College in Cheney, Wa. and her Master's Degree at Portland State University in Portland, Oregon..She was a school teacher/librarian in the Washougal School District from 1957 to 1980.  She was a member of Laurelwood Baptist Church in Vancouver, Washington.  

She is survived by her husband Darrell of 38 years at home; sons, David (Debby) Cox of Stevenson, Wa, Douglas (Christie) Cox of Washougal, Wa; brother, Daryl Yeager of North Bonneville, Wa; 9 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents, five brothers and one sister.

A private family graveside will  be held on Friday, May 26,  2017 at Washougal Memorial Cemetary.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Friday, May 26th, 2017 at 3 pm at Laurelwood Baptist Church, 17015 NE 6th St, Vancouver, Wa  98684,
