Obituary of Barbara Ruth Palmer Foley

Barbara Ruth Palmer Foley born November 18, 1930 in Lewiston, ID peacefully passed on May 19, 2017 to walk hand-in-hand with Jesus.

An amazing woman who spent her days full of joy, she lived a life devoted to her 8 children, many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and even a great-great-grandchild. Her life was spent caring for many people as a teacher, care-giver for the young and the elderly, and was gracious, kind, and loving towards all people.  She was a long time resident of Garfield, WA and a faithful member of her church.  She was preceded in death by two of her sons, David Foley and Brian Foley.  She was surrounded by her family and was sent to heaven with love.
