Obituary of Anita Ethelyn Wendling

Anita Ethelyn Wendling, 67 years, passed away at her family home in Washougal, Washington on June 6, 2017.  She was born on April 11, 1950 in Klamath Falls, Oregon to Calvin L and Corinne (Coleman) Hunt.  She was a resident of Washougal, Washington for 25 years.

Anita graduated from Henley High School in Klamath Falls, OR and continued her education at Oregon State University where she earned her Bachelor's of Arts Degree in Education. She went on to become a teacher in the Education Industry.  She belonged to Grace Foursquare Church in Camas, WA and the P.E.O. Sister Club.

Anita is survived by her husband of 44 years, Michael at home; daughters, Marie A (Joe) Klemmer of Washougal, WA, Sarah C (Jake) Whetzel of Washougal, WA; mother, Corinne C Hunt of Vancouver, WA; sister, Louise D Hunt of Klamath Falls, OR; brother, Tim L Hunt of Klamath Falls, OR; sister-in-law, Betty Hunt of Eugene, OR. and 2 grandchildren, Corwin J Whetzel and Everett M Whetzel.

She was preceded in death by her father, Calvin L Hunt and brother, Robert C Hunt.

A Celebration of Life service will be held on Saturday, June 17th, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. at Grace Foursquare Church, 717 SE Everett Road in Camas, WA.
