Obituary of David Chester Milton

David Chester Milton, age 66, died on July 12, 2017.  He lived with his spouse of 44 years, Karen, in Washougal, Washington.  David was born on July 28, 1950 to Chester and Colleen (Hodges) Milton in Bremerton, Washington.  

David had many interests but the most important was the love of his family.  He brought much joy to others with his sense of being a jokester and prankster. He loved motorcycles, rocks and was a collector of antiques.  He was a member of the Acts Church and worked as a Laminator in the Fiberglass Industry.

He is survived by his wife, Karen at home; parents, Colleen & Chester Milton of Clarkston, WA; sons, Brandon (Lori) Milton of Ferndale, WA, David (Kari) Milton II of Washougal, WA; daughters, Summer (Eduardo) Lopez of Vancouver, WA, Tawny (Vernell) Elie of Washougal, WA; brothers, Phillip Milton of Camas, WA, Daniel Milton of Boise, ID; sisters, Nadine Hansen of Des Moines, WA, Corrine Hvass of Clarkston, WA; 12 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren and several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his great-granddaughter.

A Celebration of Life service will be held on Sunday, September 3, 2017 at 1:00 PM at the Camas Community Center in Oak Park.
