Betty Louise Pastor Dibbell, age 95 years, passed away on August 19, 2017 in Vancouver, Washington. Betty was born to Raymond Frank and Rosella Mary (Rhoads) Pastor on July 29, 1922 in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.
Betty is survived by her daughters; Susan (John) Kay of Camas, WA, Barbara Ann Montgomery of Tucson, AZ; 4 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents and son, Robert A (Chipper) Dibbell.
Final interment was in Tucson, Arizona.
