Pastor Harlan Hoyt Cannon, age 83 years, passed away on October 22, 2017 in Vancouver, Washington. Harlan was born to Elbert and Minnie (Abney) on May 3, 1934 in Loma Linda, California. He was a Vancouver resident the last 5 years, but was formally from Gooding, Idaho. Harlan's profession was a minister and he attended the Fourth Plain Church of the Nazarene in Vancouver, WA. where he enjoyed performing the Minister of Vistation duties. Harlan is survived by his wife, Barbara at home and 3 grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents and son, Steven Patrick Cannon. A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday, November 4, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. at the Fourth Plain Church of the Nazarene, 16807 NE Fourth Plain Road, Vancouver, WA. Memorial donations may be sent to the Fourth Plain Church of the Nazarene Memorial Garden Fund. Brown's Funeral Home & Cremation Services have been entrusted to the arrangements.
