Obituary of Ronald John Buhs

Ronald John Buhs, age 73 years, passed away on February 25, 2018 in Camas, Washington.  He was born to John and Dorothea (Holtorf) Buhs on May 11, 1944 in Storm Lake, Iowa.  John was formerly from Bothell, Washington and resided in Washougal, Washington the last four months.

Ronald received his Bachelor of Science Degree from Southern Illinois University and pursued a career as an Accountant in the Business Industry.  He was a member of Peace Lutheran (Wisconsin Synod) in Vancouver, Washington.  He enjoyed reading, singing and playing the guitar.  Most of all he loved his family and spending time with them.

He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Kathy at home; sons, Eric (Cindy) Buhs of Washougal, WA, Joel Buhs of Lynnwood, WA; daughter, Sara (Ryan) Currier of Dundee, OR; 5 grandchildren; sister, Betty Thompson of Rio Rancho, NM.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Per the family no service is planned at this time.
