My family lived 2 houses away from the Sullivan family on G st. in Washougal when I was a little girl. I remember you mother Katherine and your uncle Michael as well as your parents. My parents, Don and Betty Gray were very good friends as well as neighbors to your grandparents. I also remember your great grandmother, I think we called her Aunt Lucy. This was in the early fifties. I remember being at that house a lot. I am so sorry for your loss.
With my deepest sympathies over the loss of your mother, grandmother and great grandmother. No person can ever prepare themselves for the feelings of loss that can come when our loved ones leave us. Please know that these feelings are temporary and will soon be replaced with wonderful and happy memories. The comfort from the scriptures can help during this difficult time. John 5:28, 29 says, "for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out, those who did good things to a resurrection of life." Knowing that we can see our loved ones again in the future paradise free from the effects of ill health and suffering certainly warms our heart.
Please accept my deepest sympathies.
