Joyce Ellen Keyes passed away on February 23, 2019. She was 75 years old.
Joyce was born on March 28, 1943 to her parents Gerald and Ola Ingraham in Newberg, Oregon. She was a 9 year resident of Vancouver, and spent her working life as an electronics technician.
Survivors include her daughters Elizabeth Dudley and Laurie Harding, 14 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, her brother Deryl and her sister Irene. She was preceded in death by her parents.
Those who wish may make a donation in Joyce's name to the Parkinson's Disease fund. Arrangements have been entrusted to Brown's Funeral Home.
