Obituary of Janice Louise Biggs

Janice L. Biggs passed away on March 20, 2019 at home in Washougal, Washington.

Janice was born on December 4, 1942 in Camas, Washington to her parents Victor Lenoir and Dorothy Clark. She was a lifetime Clark County resident.

She is survived by her sons: Troy White of Clackamas, Oregon and Joshua Biggs of Camas, her two daughters Kelly Carter  of Battle Ground, and Heater Fawver of Washougal; 11 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren, her sister Cathy Lenoir and her brother Charles Lenoir. She was preceded in death by her parents, her brothers Joe and Steve, and her sister Susie.
