Obituary of Ronald Glenn Imai

Ronald Glenn Imai, 69, died Sunday, May 19th in Vancouver, WA with family by his side.

Ronald was born September 29th, 1949 in Hood River, OR to Hitoshi and Mary Imai.

Mr. Imai graduated with a bachelors of science and went on to become an engineer in the telecommunications industry. When he wasn’t hard at work, Ron loved watching his favorite sports teams the Mariners and the Seahawks play, or he was fishing. He was part of the Southwest Washington Anglers Association.

Ronald is survived by his wife at home, Kathleen, his only son James (Margaret) Imai of Vancouver, Daughters Dana Schrieber of Vancouver, WA and Megan Wynn of Olympia, WA, his brother Russell Imai in Tigard, OR, as well as his 8 adorable grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and brother Donald Dale Imai.

While Brown’s Funeral Home is caring for arrangements with the Imai family, there are no public services being held at this time. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Jude’s or the Humane Society on 192nd Ave.
