Obituary of James Wyllie

James Leslie Wyllie peacefully passed away on Monday, October 29, 2007 in Portland, Oregon. Born on February 26, 1943 in Portland, James was 64 years old. A Vietnam Veteran for the United States Navy, James was also a member of Sunnyside Foursquare Church in Clackamas. He will forever be remembered for always wanting to spend time with his family, especially his grandchildren. James is survived by his sons Carl Wyllie of Portland, Gordon Wyllie of Washougal, and Cameron Luke of Oregon, daughters Leslie Long of Duvall, WA, Lois Kelly of Bothell, WA, and Christanna Fatty of Lynnwood, WA, sisters Carol Wilson of Portland, and Linda Wyllie of Oregon City, brothers Larry Morse of Maui, Hawaii, and Stewart Warden of Arizona, and former wives Sandra Steltz of Bothell, WA and Marie Grant of Oregon. He was preceded in death by his wife Denise Wyllie in 1995. There will be a Celebration of Life Service for James on Friday, November 2nd at 9:00 am at Sunnyside Foursquare Church in Clackamas. Interment with full military honors will follow at Willamette National Cemetery in Portland. Donations in James' memory may be sent to the American Red Cross. Brown's Funeral Home and Cremation Services in Camas has been entrusted with arrangements.
