Penny Jo Biggart, of Colorado, has passed away at the age of 61.
Preceded in death by her father, Robert Bledsoe, Penny is survived by her daughter Robyn (Elliott) Juarez of Washougal, WA; son Vincent (Sarah) Biggart, Tigard, OR; 2 grandkids whom she loved so much! She also leaves behind her 2 sisters Pam McClendon of Aurora, CO and Patty Gardner of Ft Collins, CO, and her mother, Helen Bledsoe also from Ft Collins, CO.
There will be no services held per Penny's request. Arrangements are entrusted to Brown's Funeral Home. 360-834-3692.
