David was born in Vancouver, Washington to Charles Mickes and Amelia Rasmor. He worked in the Evcavating Industry as a laborer.
He is survived by his son, Charles D Mickes of Washougal, Washington; brother, Harry Mickes of Washougal, Washington; sister, Judy of Vancouver, Washington and 6 grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents; son, David; brothers, Donnie, Chuck, Albert; sisters, JoAnn, Annie, Toots, Emily, Lillie.
