Richard Royal Settje, 80, passed away on March 22, 2020 in Vancouver, Washington. He was born to Clarence R and Ethel M (Carlock) Settje on August 1, 1939 in Creston, Nebraska. He worked in the Horse Racing Industry as a Trainer/Owner.
Richard is survived by his wife, Darlene at home; brothers, Robert Settje of Morro Bay, Ca, Gary Settje of Surprise, Az, Dale Settje of Molalla, Or.
He was predeceased by his parents; sister, Gayle.
