Dariy D. Lastivka passed away on April 27, 2020 in Damascus, Oregon. He was 83 years old.
Dariy was born on March 2, 1937 in Chernivtsi, Ukraine to his parents, Denis and Yevgeniya (Zhovniryuk) Lastivka. He was a truck driver in the Transportation Industry.
Dariy is survived by his wife, Marta; sons, Vladimir Lastivka, Yuriy Lastivka, Nikolay Lastivka, Anatoliy Lastivka; daughters, Natalya Nikiforets, Svetlana Pirogan; sisters, Marta Rodomska of Ukraine, Stephanie Poberezhnyak of Vancouver, Washington.
An Immediate Family Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, May 6, 2020 at 10 A.M. at Sulamita Church, 20575 NE Sandy Blvd, Fairview, Oregon. A Graveside Service will follow at Park Hill Cemetery in Vancouver, Washington.
