My dad was one of kind. He was kind, loving, loyal and just all around fun to be around. I feel, know I was very fortunate to have a father such as him. Even though. We lived miles apart for most of my childhood he always made an effort to be a part of my life and let it known that I was loved very much. Family was always very important to him. Especially his children. Even when we were making mistakes, taking the wrong path. He was always there with sound advice and a patient ear. I have always looked up to him. I know we will meet again in the next life. I love you Dad! I miss you!!!

David was a amazing man n a great friend to my husband n me. We both worked with him at peace health. You could always talk to him no matter if you had a question or having a bad day or good day. He was always willing to go that extra mile for anyone. He always said, I'm here for the care of our patients n if that isn't happening then its time for me to leave.
David, thought a lot of his family. He always said to everyone how much he loved his wife n each of his children and grandchildren. He was very proud of each of them. He talked about his pets n how much he enjoyed going for walks with his dog. We all felt like we knew each of his family members. He always said on holidays how he loved going to his parents house for gathering. We know family was everything to David.
As far as my husband and I. David was always there for one of us. He met a lot to my husband Dave. David always give Dave encouragement to reach high n go for it no matter what it was. Dave my husband said, David, always believed in me n I respect him n he is my friend.
David is going to be missed from us very much. He will always be in our hearts.
Thank you to all the family. For sharing this wonderful man with us.

I will never forget the years my family and I spent every Saturday night having dinner with my aunt Shelley and uncle Dave, ending up at their house to hangout for the evening afterwards. We would go to dinner with them at a Chinese restaurant on Mill Plain, go back to their house for some karaoke, and finish the night by chatting around the campfire in their back yard. Uncle David made it feel like “the place to be”, providing a place for any and all to come and share a laugh. He also made the best meat loaf, and I don’t even like meat loaf. You will be missed, uncle Dave!

Dave and I go back quite a ways, some 40 or so years. I first met him shortly before Michael was born. We hung out a lot when we were younger; we had our group of friends, including his sister Patti and her husband, Willy. We had a lot of fun and shared a lot of laughs. Memories I will cherish forever. He will be missed by so many. Love and Peace to his family. R.I.P. my friend.

I will never forget our fun road trips to the casino, Reno, countless trips to the beach and fun game nights. He was an amazing friend and was always the first one to pitch in to help our fellow friends and coworkers. He was 100% about the patient and took his job very seriously. Something I will always admire about Dave. We send our love and condolences to Shelley and the family. Rest easy friend.

I worked the night shift with Dave for many years, he was my “work husband”! I went around the operating room putting equipment away one night, over and over I put the same equipment away. I don’t as beginning to think I was crazy! In the end we realized, I was putting it away, and he was getting it out for the next days surgery’s! We laughed about this for years! He was my dear friend ! All my love to you and the family Shelley!

David is more than just my best friends dad! He is family. I have known him since I was about 4 years old, he would make me laugh so much! He would always say he was never owning a cat but I think he loved Timmy the most and Timmy loves him the most. I will miss you David nothing will be the same without you. You were such a big part of our neighborhood and my childhood. Love you forever!
