Joan Carol Dunnihoo-Cloe, 79, of Stevenson, Washington, passed away on Wednesday, June 3, 2020 in Portland, Oregon. Joan was born in Crescent City, California to John and Alice (Young) Eller on April 17, 1941. She was a homemaker and a 22 year resident of Stevenson, Washington. She was a life member of Camas Lodge #1492 Women of the Moose in Camas, Washington and the Stevenson Lion's Club. Joan is survived by her husband, Fred Cloe at home; daughter and son-in-law, Terry and Byron Johnson of Klickitat, Wa; 3 grandchildren, Christina J. Davidson of Priest River, Id, Tara L. Neyer (spouse Ryan Neyer) of Camas, Wa, Shawna M. Fearn of Washougal, Wa, 6 great-grandchildren; brother, Richard Brown of Scappoose, Or; stepson, F. Brad Cloe of Warrenton, Or, stepdaughters, Kami Rosander of Stevenson, Wa, Katrina Luch of Vancouver, Wa. Joan was preceded in death by her parents; son, David Franklin, Jr. and brother, Robert Eller. Per the family a memorial service at a later date will be scheduled due to COVID-19.
