Virgil Grant Hodges, 95, passed away on June 6, 2020 at The Quarry in Vancouver, Washington. He was born on August 22, 1924 in Howell, Utah to William Ralph and Louise Mary (Hyden) Hodges. Virgil earned his Bachelors Degree at Utah State University in Logan, Utah and worked in the Business Industry as an Accountant. He served in the U.S. Navy and was a member of the V.F.W. in Lebanon, Oregon. He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints (Mt. View Ward) in Vancouver, Washington. Virgil enjoyed his family, his service people and was an avid walker. Virgil is survived by his daughters, Linda S (Gilbert) Etchison of Vancouver, Washington, Tina L (Jon) Conde of Vancouver, Washington; sons, Larry (Verla) Hodges of Houston, Texas, Timothy (Cindy) Hodges of Meridian, Idaho; 17 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren. Virgil was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, 2 brothers and 1 sisters. Per the family a service will be scheduled at a later date.
